Leadership that Listens

Tara Seward has lived in Dublin OH for more than 40 years. She’s raised four children here and been part of the Dublin City Schools community for nearly two decades. As a parent who has worked closely with educators, navigated IEPs, gifted services, and learning challenges, she understands the system from the inside out.

Professionally, Tara brings over 13 years of experience in finance, forecasting, and strategy. In her current role, she leads large-scale initiatives at a global consulting firm. She knows how to manage budgets, solve problems, and bring people together around shared goals. On the school board, she’ll bring that same focus to improving outcomes for students and families.

Tara’s campaign is built on four clear priorities: fair funding, celebrating diversity, supporting every student, and strong leadership that takes action. She believes every child deserves to be seen, supported, and challenged, no matter their background or learning style.

From fixing our overreliance on property taxes to making sure literacy and math outcomes improve, Tara will focus on what works. She believes in data, transparency, and building strong relationships with families and educators to keep the Dublin, Ohio community informed and engaged.
